Here we go again! Another season of zany improv with all the fixins comin’ up!
Students learn communication and self-confidence skills through the medium of theatre, including improv, scene study, some film exercises and workshop-style classes.
Silliness, exuberance, high energy and your special brand of unique creativity is what it’s all about! Leave your nervousness at the door. Come and enjoy yourself!
Open House is on Monday, September 14th, 2020 from 4:30-7pm.
Classes are held Monday evenings. Number of students dictates class times, which are *usually* 4:30-6 and 6:30-8pm.
Please note that this is not a drop-in. If you decide at the open house that theatre is not for you, that’s absolutely fine, but part-timers are encouraged to pursue a different extracurricular cohort.
All students are given a role in the end-of-year Showcase performance. Showcase will be April 23 & 24, 2021.
Students from grades 6 to 12 (and beyond, if you dare!) are welcome.
I’ve had students from Wainwright, Chipman, Tofield, Round Hill, basically all over, so you can probably carpool. Just come on the 14th and take it from there. The theatre is large so there’s plenty of space for social distancing.
FEES:
Due to some confusion in the spring with the onset of Covid and resultant lockdown, a lot of the sponsorship I rely on never materialized. I’d like to run this program with zero fees this year, but may have to charge the customary $80/year after all. Details tba.

See you there!
